Details: The woman's body was discovered on a playground seat in New York City early in the morning. Her hair was nicely arranged, and her makeup was applied with care. Other elements, though, were blatantly incorrect, such as the tattoo and piercings, which were clearly new. Clothes that are decades old. A ribbon around her neck concealed the fatal wound.
