Death of the Black Widow

Details: Officer Walter O'Brien is dispatched to a murder scene on his first night with the Detroit Police Department. Even O'Brien's senior colleague is taken aback by the finesse with which a terrified 20-year-old has bludgeoned her abductor. The young lady is also a master at deception. Her daring escape from police custody makes the case tough to solve - and even more difficult for Walter to forget.
